out-of-network therapy services

If your insurance plan is not listed above, please note that I am a fee-for-service provider. This means you will pay for each session with a credit card, check, or cash.

For those with an out-of-network insurance, you may submit a “superbill” to your insurer for possible reimbursement. HMO plans require you to see an in-network provider and will not cover or provide reimbursement for my fees.

If you have questions about your out-of-network mental health care coverage or reimbursement, please contact your insurance provider for information. It may be helpful to ask some of the following questions:

Do I have out-of-network benefits for mental/behavioral health services?
Do I need a treatment plan to get sessions authorized?
Is approval required from my primary care physician?
How many sessions per year will be covered?
